The New Mutual Funds of the month

  • Schroders Capital announced the launch in Italy of a new European long-term investment fund (ELTIF), which is added to its current suite of solutions for private clients: the Schroders Capital Semi-Liquid Global Private Equity ELTIF.
  • Invesco has launched two ETFs, Invesco EUR Overnight Return Swap UCITS ETF and Invesco USD Overnight Return Swap UCITS ETF. A range of highly liquid money market ETFs, suitable for liquidity management and characterized by a structural advantage that offers the potential for higher returns compared to those typically available in deposit accounts.
  • State Street Global Advisors listed a new ETF on the ETFplus market of Borsa Italiana: the SPDR S&P Europe Quality Aristocrats UCITS ETF (Acc). The new ETF replicates the performance of large and medium-cap stocks in Europe.

  • Columbia Threadneedle Investments announced the listing on Deutsche Börse Xetra of the first two active ETFs dedicated to US and European equities – CT QR Series US Equity Active UCITS ETF (QRUS) and CT QR Series European Equity Active UCITS ETF (QREU).
  • Jupiter Asset Management announced the launch of the active ETF Jupiter Origin Global Smaller Companies UCITS (JOGS), the company’s second active ETF. The benchmark index to which it is linked is the Ftse Developed All Cap Div Growth Qual NT, which is based on a systematic approach to identify those companies capable of generating high dividends.

  • L&G appointed Boyang Liu, Elena Cardella and Chirang Pandanya to senior positions within its team dedicated to indices and ETFs. Each of them will work closely with David Barron.
